OSJMS Formators

The Board of Formators are composed of OSJ Religious Priests and Brothers who are responsible for the management of the seminary. The Formators are dedicated to serve the community in their respective offices. The Rector is the over-all in charge of the management OSJ Minor Seminary. The Prefects of Discipline (JHS and SHS Department) are the direct superior of the seminarians and responsible in forming them in discipline and virtue. The Economo is responsible for the financial management of the seminary funds and the subsidy from the congregation. The Spiritual Director is the formator in-charge of the spiritual growth of the seminarians and the perseverance to their vocation. The Confessor is responsible for the regular visit of the seminarians for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Therefore, the Board of Formators share in the mission of cultivating the seed of vocation to the seminarians.
